She is licensed and registered to practice with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and has over 13 years of experience in working in both inpatient and outpatient Physiotherapy settings. She has the drive to exceed client expectations versus meeting the needs.

She has completed training in:

  • Pelvic Health Physiotherapy
  • Acupuncture
  • Dry Needling
  • Sports K Taping
  • Balance and dizziness rehabilitation also known as Vestibular Rehabilitation
  • Concussion Management IMPACT
  • Rehabilitation Techniques and Basic Wheel Chair Skills Program
  • McKenzie spinal treatment methods.

She has experience in different orthopedic conditions like Total Hip Replacement, Total Knee Replacement and other joint replacements as well as different sports injuries. She is also trained in different Manual therapy techniques like Maitland, Mulligan.

Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy is a special area of interest and Sheena has completed several courses through Pelvic Health solutions and currently helping patients to treat many conditions such as stress, urge Incontinence, Prolapse, Pelvic girdle pain, Pregnancy related issues, Vaginismus, Dypuernia, Vulvar pain, Constipation, overactive bladder, urinary retention, Prostatitis, post radical prostatectomy, endometriosis and many more through detailed physical and biopsychosocial approach assessment.

She has a client-centered approach consisting of education about your condition and its prevention. She uses manual physiotherapy (hands on). She designs individualized exercise programs for a speedy and healthy recovery.
