Custom Made Orthotics
Custom Made Orthotics / Customized Footwear Mississauga
A foot orthotic is a device that can be inserted into the shoe to support, align, prevent, and accommodate foot abnormalities and improve how the foot functions.
Foot orthotics can also help address foot and lower limb pain and complications related to health conditions such as diabetes and arthritis, plantar fasciitis and bursitis. Orthotics might even help you avoid surgery to fix flat feet to some extent. Our custom-made Orthotics are long lasting and can be easily moved from shoe to shoe and wiped clean making them the perfect solution for our patients. Orthotics is usually custom fit, and high-quality materials that last for several years with proper care. This material provides enough support to help the body correct irregular movement patterns while still offering enough flexibility for comfort and shock absorption. Since orthotics is prescription medical devices, your insurance company might help to cover the cost.
