She is licensed and registered to practice with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and has over 18 years of experience. She also did her Research Masters in Physical therapy from the University of Toronto in 2017.

She is a Certified McKenzie trainer that helps patients in actively engaging in selfcare techniques to achieve lasting improvement.

Moreover, as an academic practitioner, Erum is a critical thinker and shares her knowledge with her clients. For Erum, adding life to days is more important than adding days to life. She is deeply committed to delivering quality care in order to achieve patient centred outcomes.
